One of the most amazing gifts that art gives me is the opportunity for my inner child to express herself. A gift that sadly is often neglected due to the pressures of our lives. Creating spiritual artworks that allow me to explore my imagination is nourishment for my soul, and I hope too nurtures the inner-child souls of those who appreciate them. As I start to work on my Christmas card designs, I am reminded of sheep medicine.
Sheep are sometimes considered to be conformists. With a humble mindset, they accept leadership and instructions and follow in trust. Sometimes this is to their detriment, but it is always in trust. However, there is a much deeper message from the humble sheep.
Sheep teaches us tolerance and to love both ourselves and others without judgment.
